Why get RecruitABA Certified?
RecruitABA Certified was created by Dr. Luciana Lilley, PhD and former professor, and Wendy Belan, a recruiter with twenty years of experience, eight of those focused entirely on ABA.
This training reflects what actually works. You will learn how to find, engage, and hire BTs, RBTs, and BCBAs using structured processes, ethical screening strategies, and tools that support clear, consistent decision-making.
Two levels. One clear path.
RecruitABA Certified Level 1: RBT Recruiting Foundations
This level builds a strong understanding of how to recruit Registered Behavior Technicians and BTs. Learn how to write and optimize job posts, source, screen, interview, and make offers for entry level roles. This is ideal for those new to hiring or new to ABA.

RecruitABA Certified Level 2: Strategic BCBA Recruiting
This level builds on Level 1 and is designed for those hiring credentialed clinicians. Learn how to work with experienced professionals, understand the BACB registry, and hold conversations that reflect the needs and values of BCBAs.
To enroll in Level 2, you must complete Level 1 and have at least one year of recruiting experience.
